Starting in mid-2025, U.S. travelers will need to obtain authorization through the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) before visiting certain European countries.   This online application process aims to enhance security and will be mandatory for entry into participating nations.

Program Overview

This all-inclusive 7-night, 8-day experience includes:

  •   Accommodation in a junior suite at a luxury boutique bed-and-breakfast in Montepulciano, Tuscany.

  •   Hands-on cooking classes led by expert chefs.

  •   All meals and curated dining experiences, featuring local Tuscan cuisine.

  •   Exclusive excursions and immersive cultural activities.

  •   Daily guided tours with professional guides.

  •   Transportation in a private Sprinter bus with a dedicated driver.

  •   Wine at lunch and dinner, carefully selected to complement your meals.

Please note: Airfare and airport transfers to the villa are not included. However, we are happy to assist with arrangements through our trusted driver Antonio 🇮🇹 from Tuscany Luxury Transfers. A rental car is not needed during this program as all transportation is provided.

Deposit and Payment Policy-

To confirm your participation:

  •   Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  •   Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 150 days prior to the program’s start date.

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Timely payment of the balance ensures your place in this exclusive experience.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

     •   150 days or more before the program start date:

     •   You are eligible for a full refund (minus a €75 cancellation fee).

     •   149 days or less before the program start date:

     •   Payments are non-refundable due to the nature of our advance preparations

Force Majeure Clause:

We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to:

  •   Government restrictions

  •   Any other unforeseen events constituting force majeure
