This is  an unforgettable immersion into the heart of Tuscany and Umbria, where every experience is rich with flavor, tradition, and the beauty of la dolce vita.

Cook alongside renowned local chefs, uncovering the secrets of Italian cuisine as we craft fresh, seasonal dishes straight from the market. Explore exclusive vineyards and savor exceptional wines in the company of the winemakers themselves, as they share the stories and heritage behind each bottle. Stroll through ancient cobblestone streets in medieval villages and descend into  Etruscan cellars and hidden underground caves, where history lingers in every stone.

Let a local expert guide you through charming hilltop towns, revealing their hidden legends and untold stories. Venture into the forest on a truffle hunt (*seasonal) with our favorite local hunter and his faithful dogs, as the earthy aroma of truffles fills the crisp air. Meet a Tuscan beekeeper and taste honey straight from the hive, golden and rich with the essence of wildflowers and sunshine  (*seasonal).

At a traditional Frantoio, indulge in an authentic olive oil tasting, savoring the bold, peppery notes of freshly pressed oils (*seasonal). Roll handmade pasta on a rustic farm, and learn to milk sheep alongside our shepherd friend, crafting the renowned Pecorino cheese with your own hands.

In Umbria, the magic shifts—deeper, greener, and beautifully unexpected. Slip into Perugia for a delicious, hands-on day at Perugina’s Scuola del Cioccolato, where you’ll don an apron and learn the artistry of chocolate like a true local. Pack a chic countryside picnic and wander through sunlit lavender fields for a dreamy photo moment, then slow down even more with a restorative spa ritual inspired by the ancient Roman bathing circuit—moving from warm to hot to cold, and finishing with purifying steam. And because this week is all about meeting the people (and flavors) behind Italy’s most beloved traditions, we’ll visit a welcoming countryside farm to meet the prized Cinta Senese pigs—an ancient heritage breed—before settling in for a rustic tasting of artisanal salumi, local wines, and seasonal farm goodness. For a true taste of artisan Umbria, we’ll also visit Deruta to meet the artists behind its world-famous ceramics—watching the full process unfold from design to glazing to the final firing, before you choose your favorite piece to take home as your own Italian treasure.

Relax and enjoy a Tuscan BBQ, and as the evening unfolds, gather under the stars for pizza night, where the scent of wood-fired dough drifts through the air. Wander through vibrant gardens, sunlit olive groves, and flourishing vegetable patches, sipping wine as you take in panoramic  landscape where every sunset feels like a work of art.
