Private group buyouts available for five suites or more (minimum 10 guests).

This all-inclusive experience includes:

• 7 nights in a luxury suite

What’s Included:

This experience is sold as a curated, hosted travel program. While accommodations are provided at carefully selected luxury boutique properties, specific hotels, rooms, or locations are not guaranteed and may be adjusted as necessary to maintain the quality and integrity of the overall experience.


This 7-night, 8-day curated experience is designed to include:

• Accommodation in a luxury boutique hotel suite

• Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner

• Hands-on cooking experiences with expert chefs

• Curated excursions and immersive cultural activities

• Professional local guides

• Private Sprinter transportation with a dedicated driver

• Wine served with lunch and dinner


What’s Not Included

• International airfare

• Airport transfers (available upon request through trusted local drivers)

• Travel insurance

• Personal purchases

• Optional gratuities


A rental car is not required, as all transportation is arranged.


How Booking Works

To preserve the quality and intimacy of the experience, all arrangements are handled personally.

Once you inquire, availability is confirmed, you are guided through the itinerary and overall experience structure, and your reservation is secured upon receipt of deposit.

Payments are made directly to Sandra Ferretti and/or Philip Ferretti, each operating as independent travel planners and on-the-ground hosts, coordinating services with selected third-party providers.


Deposit & Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 150 days prior to the experience start date.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or secure electronic payment.

Failure to complete payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of any payments made.


Accommodation & Room Allocation

Accommodations are provided at carefully selected boutique properties that reflect the style and quality of the experience. Specific room assignments, views, or room categories are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

In the event that a confirmed accommodation becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond control, the hosts reserve the right to provide an alternative property of equal or higher standard at no additional cost to the guest.


Cancellation Policy

• 150 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund minus a €75 administrative fee

• 149 days or less prior to arrival: All payments are non-refundable

This policy reflects the advance commitments required to secure accommodations and services. No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, missed activities, or unused services.


Important Booking Notice

While the hosts coordinate and facilitate services provided by independent third-party suppliers, they remain responsible for the overall delivery of the curated experience and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any service issues and provide appropriate alternatives where necessary.


Third-Party Providers & Limitation of Liability

The hosts shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from acts, omissions, or performance of third-party providers.

Any claims related to service delivery must be addressed directly with the respective provider. Participation in all activities is voluntary and at the client’s own risk.


Assumption of Risk & Client Responsibility

Participation in travel experiences involves inherent and unavoidable elements of unpredictability. By confirming participation, clients voluntarily assume all associated risks.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate. Any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements must be communicated in advance. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, this cannot be guaranteed.


Itinerary Changes & Flexibility

The itinerary is thoughtfully designed; however, adjustments may be necessary due to weather, seasonal availability, supplier changes, or operational considerations.

The hosts reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions, including accommodations, experiences, and service providers, when necessary. Any such substitutions will be of equal or higher standard and will not materially diminish the overall quality or intent of the experience.

Guests acknowledge that they are purchasing a curated travel experience rather than individual standalone services, and that flexibility is an inherent part of the program.

No refunds will be issued for reasonable substitutions made in accordance with this clause.


Group Experience & Conduct

This experience is designed as a small-group program. Respectful and appropriate behavior is expected at all times.

The hosts reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or negatively impacts the group experience. In such cases, no refund will be issued.


Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The hosts are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.


Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation. No refunds will be issued for failure to obtain proper documentation.


Photography & Media

Photos or videos may be captured during the experience for marketing and promotional purposes. Participation constitutes consent unless written notice is provided in advance.


Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and are based on current supplier costs, which may be subject to adjustment prior to booking confirmation.


Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment, including coverage for cancellations, medical needs, and travel disruptions.

Force Majeure

The hosts shall not be liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or civil unrest.

In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide reasonable alternatives or, where appropriate, a future credit at the hosts’ discretion.

By submitting payment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW — ETIAS & DRIVING IN ITALY

ETIAS (European Travel Authorization)

Starting in 2026, U.S. travelers will be required to obtain authorization through the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) before entering most European countries, including Italy.

ETIAS is a simple online application designed to enhance border security. Once approved, it is typically valid for multiple short stays over several years.

Driving in Italy & Rental Cars

If you plan to rent a car in Italy, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required by law in addition to your valid U.S. driver’s license.

The IDP is a translation document, not a standalone license, and must be obtained before you leave the United States. It can only be issued by an authorized organization such as AAA.

Important Driving Note – ZTL Zones

Many historic city centers in Italy operate ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato) zones, which are restricted traffic areas monitored by cameras.

Driving into a ZTL without proper authorization can result in automatic fines, often issued weeks or months after your trip.

For this reason, we recommend using private drivers for city visits or parking outside historic centers and entering on foot.

During your Ultimate Umbria experience, all scheduled transportation is provided, so a rental car is not required for the program.
