Nature of the service.
The private planning fee pays for itinerary design, recommendations, reservation coordination and the concierge support specifically described in the individual agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, each hotel, driver, guide and experience provider contracts directly with and is paid directly by the traveler. We will exercise reasonable care in our own planning and coordination services. Each provider remains responsible for performing its own services, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.”
Travel insurance and medical expenses.
We strongly recommend that every traveler consider travel medical and emergency evacuation/repatriation insurance for Italy, as well as trip cancellation and interruption coverage. Ask the insurer about existing medical conditions, coverage limits, planned activities, and any optional Cancel For Any Reason benefit. Such benefits are not automatic, and eligibility and purchase deadlines vary by policy. Travelers may choose Faye or another insurer; we cannot guarantee any insurer’s coverage or claims decision.
Travelers are responsible for their own uncovered medical and travel expenses, except where applicable law places responsibility on another party.” “Insurance choice.
